We require everyone over the age of 3 years to wear a face covering inside the office or when they interact with our staff in person. A face covering will help minimize your chances of getting infected and our staff from acquiring COVID 19. When used properly, a face covering can reduce your risk of getting COVID 19 by at least 50%. Even if you are not having any symptoms a face covering is required

All insurances will accept COVID-19 testing.
